At startuphakk, accessible from https://startuphakk.com/, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by startuphakk and how we use it. Log Files
startuphakk follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Website Analytics
StartupHakk uses first-party analytics to understand how visitors use our website, improve website performance, measure engagement, prevent fraud and abuse, and evaluate the effectiveness of our services and marketing.
Our first-party analytics may collect information such as pages visited, referral source, general geographic region, device category, browser category, session or application identifiers, advertising click identifiers, and interactions with website features.

You do not need to create an account to exercise your privacy choices, and exercising applicable privacy rights will not result in discriminatory treatment.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Raw first-party analytics events may be retained for up to 30 days before being deleted or converted into aggregated statistics.
Advertising click identifiers may be retained for up to 90 days and may be deleted earlier after a conversion has been recorded.
Other information, including account, transaction, support, and educational records, may be retained for different periods where necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Refund Policy
Students may cancel enrollment agreements within three days of signing through written
notification (excluding Saturday, Sunday, federal, and state holidays). If cancellation occurs
within this period, Startup Hakk will refund 100% of all fees (not exceeding $200) and tuition
within 30 calendar days.
Student Grievance Procedure
A student with a grievance may contact Spencer Thomason at any point during or after the completion of the program.
If a student complaint cannot be resolved after exhausting the institution’s grievance procedure, the student may file a complaint with the Arizona State Board for Private Post Secondary Education. The student must Contact the State Board for further details.
At any time a student may request and have access to the Student Grievance Procedure form. The form is located at the end of the catalog.
Should a student have a complaint with the Institution, then the following steps shall be
taken by him/her:
- The student shall first attempt to address the grievance informally by emailing [email protected] to state their grievance(s). Several administrators would become involved in the conversation and situation to facilitate and monitor the conversation. If unsuccessful, proceed to the written
- The student may state the grievance in writing to Spencer Thomason, Director, or the program manager designee in his absence. The designee shall have ten business days to investigate and address the grievance.
- Should Spencer Thomason (director) or Program Manager (designee) fail to or unacceptably address the grievance, the student may file a complaint with the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education. The Student must contact the State Board for further details.
- If the student complaint cannot be resolved after exhausting the institution’s grievance procedure, the student may file a complaint with the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education. The student must contact the State Board for further details.
